You are welcome to refer yourself or ask a your GP or health professional to send a referral.

If you would like to refer someone or self-refer you can do this by enquiring via: tarawhyand@gmail.com

All referral attachments/letters should be electronic but must be sent securely and encrypted eg using Egress or Dropbox

Please include full details of the patient including: Name, address, Telephone number, GP details, height, weight, BMI, reason for referral and any medication, treatment and surgery of significance.

Health Insurance

Please call your provider before contacting me to check that you will be covered. Please ask how many sessions they will cover and what their pre-authorisation number is.  I require this before our first consultation.
